Websites are living entities that greatly benefit from regular upkeep, such as making secure backups, applying critical security patches, squashing bugs, and keeping content fresh and relevant. Many of our clients don’t have the time or resources to maintain a website. Globo Giganticom is here to help with three service plan options.
BASE PLAN | $40/MONTH (BILLED $480 ANNUALLY)
Great way to save money on plugin subscriptions while keeping your website secure.
This plan covers all costs associated with your site’s required plugin subscriptions (a benefit that makes this plan a no-brainer all by itself). It also provides everything needed to keep your site’s software secure, and up to date.
The Base Plan includes:
- All monthly & annual plugin subscription fees that would otherwise cost up to $500 annually.
- Scheduled backend updates of WordPress and all plugins to keep your site safe and up-to-date.
- Extended security to help protect your WordPress site against bad actors and hackers.
- Weekly local backups to protect your site in case of system failures and data corruption.
- Monthly offsite backups to protect your site against catastrophic failures and natural disasters.
FULL-SERVICE PLAN | $350/MONTH (BILLED $4,200 ANNUALLY)
Hands-on service for websites that require ongoing content changes and updates.
In addition to everything provided in the Base Plan, the Full-Service Plan includes four hours of labor every month, no matter what you need*. If you intend to keep your site current, with new content and frequent updates, this plan can save you quite a bit over the standard hourly service rate.
The Full-Service Plan includes:
- Everything included with the Base Plan, plus:
- Four hours of discounted labor per month, perfect for content updates, changes, and fixes.
- 20k outgoing emails every month, ideal for website communications and marketing efforts.
- 24/7 Uptime monitoring to be alerted of any website downtime.
- Daily local backups to protect your site in case of system failures and data corruption.
- Weekly offsite backups to protect your site against catastrophic failures and natural disasters.
- Subscribers can request up to ten hours of additional labor billed at a discounted rate of $80/hour.
Note: Any labor beyond 14 hours per month is billed at the standard hourly service rate. Unused time does not roll over.
HOURLY SERVICE | $100/HOUR
We offer hourly service to our clients who only need a few minor changes to their site*.
